Empower Learning Solutions works exclusively with special populations, from newborns through childhood and adolescence. We partner with families seeking individualized academic, executive functioning, developmental, or life skills support.
Services may be provided virtually or in person depending on the service, location, and provider availability.
Individualized one-to-one academic support from the comfort of home.
Our individualized instruction is designed for students within special populations who need support beyond the school day.
Executive functioning support helps students develop the skills needed to manage schoolwork and become more independent learners.
Executive functioning support can be provided independently or incorporated into academic tutoring.
In-home academic tutoring and individualized educational support may be available when a provider is located near the student.
In-home services are based on location and provider availability.
Academic evaluations can help identify a student’s current skills, strengths, and areas where additional instruction or intervention may be beneficial.
Speech and language evaluations may be available through qualified professionals.
Occupational therapy evaluations may be available to assess areas affecting a student’s participation and independence at school, at home, or in everyday activities.
Services are provided by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals based on provider availability, student location, and applicable professional requirements.
We provide in-person life skills support for students who benefit from direct instruction and hands-on practice with everyday skills. Life skills instruction is individualized based on the student’s age, abilities, needs, and goals.
Whenever appropriate, skills can be practiced in real-life settings so students have opportunities to apply what they are learning.
